                  Homemade Tomatoe Salsa

* 1- (to) 2 cans..29 oz. Petite Diced Tomatoes or 1 
  dozen fresh tomatoes.
* 2 - 3 Cloves of garlic.
* 1 bunch of cilantro.
* 1/ 2 - of 1 wole onion.
* 1/ 2 , fresh chile pasilla or 1 can of diced chile.
* 1/ 2 tsp. lemon juice.
* 2-tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt.
* Fresh of dried peppers (jalepeno, habanero,  
  serrano, or arbol).
* You must personally determine how hot you 
  want your salsa to be by the amount of chili
  you add.

                        Other Instructions:

(1). Roast the chili and garlic.
(2). Wash the cilantro and chop off the stems.
(3). Using a blender, conbine half of the tomatoes, 
       garlic, (fresh / dried peppers), and cilantro 
       blend until smooth.  
(4). Pour mixture and remaining ingredients in a  
       bowl and mix with a spoon and serve.
